I will continue to work on core strength, speed, endurance and efficiency.  Will focus on
biking strength over the winter.  Will work to make canoeing/kayaking a strength  this next
year.  I participated in my first multi-day race in 2004.  In 2006, would like to compete in a
3-4 day race.  Plan to complete my W-EMT.
