1 week to 3-State

... and I haven't been on the bike for almost 2 weeks now. With my knee in bad shape I've tried to stay off of it but stay in shape. I'm heading for a long century now and feeling a little of that "not really ready stress".

LBL Pre-Race Meeting

8 pm, a full house for the meeting. We have yet to find out where and when the race starts, there's lots of speculation that it might be very early am.
