Tomorrow should be a busy day, meeting the Team at Jerry's house for a 5 mile run in the morning, afterwords a little work, then Greg Grossart and I are volunteering at the Handmade bike show in Indianapolis from 1 to 6 pm, we'll be taking tickets, hope to see you there.

Haven't run outside in three weeks and I'm meeting the team for the 8am morning run in Broad ripple tomorrow. This should be interesting...been focusing mainly on cycling (and working). I’ve been taking the Power Booster class at href="http://www.marian.edu/athletics/sports/Cycling/Pages/IndoorTrainingSessions.aspx">Marian College the last two months. The legs feel just a bit tired!
