Poor knee!
The last year and a half have been particularly challenging for me. My favorite workout is trail running, and I haven't been able to do much of that due to some damaged articular cartilage.
I'm nervously awaiting March 16th when I'll have a second surgery to try to fix it. This time, they'll be doing a transplant of cartilage from the areas that need it less to the areas that need it more. I'm excited but anxious as the last surgery did not help the problem. This one is an entirely different procedure and is open knee.
Wish me luck.
