2009 Racing Season
I am very excited about the 2009 racing season and "playing in the woods" with my racing pals. 2008 was a fun, great race year - and challenging due to a few nagging injuries. Happy to be healthy now and I must say that I have a greater appreciation for my fitness coaching clients and friends who are either working to get in to shape or get back in to shape. It hasn't been an easy road and it is a humbling process when you "know" what you are capable of as an athlete but you are not quite able to do it ... yet! What doesn't kill us makes us stronger, yes?!
The LBL Challenge in Kentucky is one month away. It's going to be fun racing with new teammates and old ones too. Did I say that out loud?
