Michael Sapper, Ryan Burke, James Nichols and Cristal Garrison of Indy Rootstock and Kirk Scheuman directed the Yellowwood O-Meet this past weekend.  They took advantage of the opportunity to get in some night nav practice and were out until 3 AM the night before the meet (by choice, not out of desperation) doing the final control setting for the meet.  The weather was a bit brutal for the day of the meet with rain, freezing rain, sleet and finally snow, but there was still a great turnout and despite some cold feet and hands, everyone who attended seemed to have a blast.

Indy Rootstock will be sending two teams to the Land Between the Lakes in Kentucky this April to compete in Bonk Hard Racing's LBL Challenge 24 hour adventure race. Cristal Garrison, Michael Garrison, Deseri Garcia, Sumitra Ghate, Greg Grossart, Angelia Kneisley, Jerry Lyons and James Nichols will be heading south for the first running of this race.
